6 Russet Potatoes
½ cup melted butter
1 clove of garlic, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
½ tsp. Italian Seasoning
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
- Pre-heat Oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges.
- In a large bowl, stir together butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper. Add potato wedges and stir to thoroughly coat.
- Place wedges on the prepared baking pan.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
