Parmesan Potato Wedges

6 Russet Potatoes
½ cup melted butter
1 clove of garlic, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
½ tsp. Italian Seasoning
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper

  1. Pre-heat Oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges.
  4. In a large bowl, stir together butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper. Add potato wedges and stir to thoroughly coat.
  5. Place wedges on the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
