Food Science Cookbook

It is not the foods fault you don’t like it.  Texture and Taste depend on how it is cooked! 

This cookbook is set up by food groups similar to how information is presented in class.  Each Unit has recipes representing a variety of ingredients.  All recipes must be able to cook/bake in 30 minutes or less, so that they can be prepared, eaten and cleaned up in the 80 minute class period.
