Hummus

2 cans (19 oz.) chick peas (reserve the juice)
½ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
½ tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. parsley

Pita Bread

Directions
1. In a food processor, combine chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and garlic.  Pulse until smooth.  Add in juice from chick peas as needed to create a smooth creamy texture.

2. Scoop Hummus into a serving bowl.

3. Drizzle the top with olive oil.

4. Sprinkle top with paprika and parsley.

5. Cut Pita bread into small pieces and use to dip into the hummus.
