Buffalo Chicken Nuggets

1 cup Buffalo Sauce

Corn flakes

2 Chicken Breasts

 

  1. Preheat Oven to 400°
  2. Cut chicken into nugget size pieces
  3. Place 1 cup of buffalo sauce into a small bowl
  4. Place corn flakes into a zip loc bag and roll with a rolling pin until they are small crumbs.
  5. Dip Chicken first into the buffalo sauce and then into the crumbs.
  6. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes
  8. Serve with a small dish of Buffalo sauce for dipping.
