Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

1 Lb. of Fettuccini Noodles
1 clove garlic minced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 chicken breast (remove fat and cut into small pieces)

Alfredo Sauce

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup half and half
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

In a large pot, cook fettuccini according to the directions on the package.

In a skillet, place olive oil and garlic. Fry until aromatic.  Add chicken and sauté until no longer pink.  Do not overbrown. Place chicken in a bowl.

In the same skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter. Add 1 cup of half and half.  Stir in 2/3 cup of parmesan cheese.

When sauce thickens add chicken and drained pasta.
