Crispy Pork Cutlet

4 boneless pork loin chops
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. black pepper
2 cups of Panko Crumbs
1 Tbsp. parsley

  1. Place each pork chop between two pieces of plastic wrap. Use the flat side of a meat mallet to pound each chop to about ¼” thick. Cut into 4 pieces.
  2. In a shallow dish whisk the eggs.
  3. In a second dish stir together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. In a third dish stir together Panko crumbs and parsley.
  5. Coat each pork piece with flour, then dip in egg mixture covering the whole piece and then coat with Panko.
  6. In a skillet cook pork slices in about 2 Tablespoons of Olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, turning half way through.
