4 boneless pork loin chops
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. black pepper
2 cups of Panko Crumbs
1 Tbsp. parsley
- Place each pork chop between two pieces of plastic wrap. Use the flat side of a meat mallet to pound each chop to about ¼” thick. Cut into 4 pieces.
- In a shallow dish whisk the eggs.
- In a second dish stir together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- In a third dish stir together Panko crumbs and parsley.
- Coat each pork piece with flour, then dip in egg mixture covering the whole piece and then coat with Panko.
- In a skillet cook pork slices in about 2 Tablespoons of Olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, turning half way through.
