Choco-scotch Crunchies

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
6 Tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In a glass bowl, melt chocolate and butter in the microwave. Stir every 30 seconds and continue microwaving until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Stir sugar into the chocolate.
  4. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  5. Stir in flour.
  6. Spread in a greased 8”x 8” pan.
  7. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
