2 cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ tsp. Italian seasoning
½ tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup shortening
¼ cup chopped drained sundried tomatoes packed in oil
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
¾ cup milk
1 Tablespoon of melted butter
½ tsp. Italian seasoning
- Preheat Oven to 425°
 - Measure flour, baking powder, salt, Italian seasoning and garlic powder into bowl.
 - Cut in shortening with a pastry blender.
 - Stir in the tomatoes, cheese and milk.
 - Round up the dough and knead lightly 8 times on a floured pastry cloth.
 - Roll with floured rolling pin until ½” thick.
 - Cut with a floured biscuit cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet.
 - Combine melted butter and ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning.
 - Brush tops with seasoned butter.
 - Bake 10- 12 minutes or until golden brown.
