Ingredients
- 1 package fettuccini pasta
 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
 - 3 cloves garlic- minced
 - 40 small shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1 cup half-and-half
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
 
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until done; drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan. Saute garlic over medium heat until tender. Add shrimp; saute over high heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in half-and-half and parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Add drained fettuccini and toss until coated and hot. Sprinkle with black pepper, parsley and additional parmesan cheese.
