Bacon and Cheese Frittata
					
					
						
- 6 eggs
 
- 1/2 cup milk
 
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
 
- 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
 
- 1 cup shredded Monterey cheese
 
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
 
- Cook bacon and crumble into small pieces.
 
- Chop onions into small pieces.
 
- In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter, salt and pepper.
 
- Stir in onions, bacon and cheese.
 
- Pour into a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
 
- Bake, uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
