What Makes Brunswick “Brunswick”?

Check out the Brunswick Gazebo Display in the Library on the First Stop of its Tour around Town!   ~Created by Katie Peters, Trevor Hopkins, Leah Andreotti and Amelia Keiper

A town is nothing without a community.  What makes Brunswick more than just a place? A group of four BHS seniors in Mr. Wilson’s Sevice Learning class set out to not only answer this question, but bring back evidence.  The team visited businesses, non-profit organizations, and town buildings collecting various artifacts that represented the essence of Brunswick.  A symbol for Brunswick is the Gazebo on the Green.  What better way is there to display the pieces than on the replica of such a well-known structure?  The group built a model of the Gazebo out of cardboard to cover with the objects.  This collage embodies just one part of the rich Brunswick community we are lucky to call home.
