Georgia O’Keeffe was one of the world’s most well-known artists, beloved for her paintings of flowers. She also liked to paint pictures of places she’d visited, in order to remember them. First graders looked at her painting of Lake George in New York, and painted their own versions that included a foreground, middleground, and background.
