Argumentative Reading and Writing Unit– Learning Targets
Learning Target Self Assessment – Students completed this prior to beginning the unit
Student Goals– These are goals students wrote based on the self-assessment they completed
Goal Self Assessment– Students completed this at the end of the unit
Learning Target(students)– At the end of the unit, students had to write in the evidence (assignments or activities) that demonstrated their score or exceeds, proficient or approaching – I used a similar document to score students on each target.
Poe-arg rubric – This is the rubric students used as a self-assessment. For each learning target on the rubric, students had to highlight textual evidence of demonstration.
