Once you complete reading the novel you will be required to demonstrate your proof of reading. This 800 point reading grade constitutes the confirmation of your relationship to the novel that I referred to when The Road was assigned to you. There are a variety of ways that you can achieve this responsibility, but note that your submission, in whatever form you determine, must be your original work.
Suggested demonstrations of your relationship with the novel:
1. Annotating the book
2. Podcast
3. Artistic rendition of the story
4. An essay of a chosen perspective of the novel
5. Journaling/notes over the book
5. A one-on-one discussion of the novel with your teacher
