Blog

Blogging has become a popular means of modern journalism interaction.  Most online publications present articles where responding to the article is encouraged in order to share opinions about the subject of the report.

Most reputable blogs have standards where the writer can not inappropriately criticize the character of another.  The point of journalism blogging is to express a personal viewpoint about a subject that the reader feels is provoking.

You are encouraged to blog to an article(s) that you have a strong reaction to.  For class, your identity will be anonymous–you will assume a pseudonym (a fictitious name).  If you choose to blog you need to copy and print the blog as evidence of your involvement as well as provide the link to the blog site for the instructor to examine.  Your participation  with the blogging must adhere to the standards of the Brunswick School system.
