Spelling –
This year, we will be using Words Their Way and Vocabulary Spelling City. Words Their Way is a developmental spelling, phonics and vocabulary program. It is intended to be a part of a balanced literacy plan that includes fluency, comprehension and writing. Vocabulary Spelling City is an online program to build vocabulary, literacy, phonics and spelling skills. We will use these two resources, along with Sitton Spelling lists and practice work in our Literacy class.
