Facility Reservation Instructions
Facility Rental Requests, for requests to use our facilities.
New Users please click the Log in to Request Facility link on the page. That link will take you to a log in screen and the ability to create an account will read, “Don’t have an account? Create One. ” Once you and your organization have been approved you will be able to log in and reserve space (look for the request facility use tab) at any of our school locations. Please note that not all rooms in all locations have been turned on for availability. Tips for use; If you will need audio/video, chairs, tables etc… please specify these needs on the facility request.
Maintenance Requests for buildings, Please go to “Maintenance Helpdesk” section for light bulbs, leaking faucets, stained ceilings, noisy fans etc…
I.T. technology Services, Please go to “Technology Helpdesk” section for computer software & hardware issues, printers, network, email, etc…
