Tech Support Helpdesk

When you click on the tech support request link on this page, a popup window will open, which will allow you to submit a new request. If you have not previously signed in to your JitBit Helpdesk account on this computer, the window will prompt you to log in with your credentials. Fill in all of the necessary information for your support request, making note of the required information (denoted by an asterisk), and then click the Submit button.

You can also submit a support request by logging into the Helpdesk portal, located here: https://bsd.jitbit.com/helpdesk/  Once you have logged into the Helpdesk portal site, you can create a new technology support request by clicking on the “New ticket” link in the top right-hand corner of the page. When you submit a support request, it is important to note that there are a few required fields in the form, which are denoted by an asterisk next to the field name. The Helpdesk support portal also allows you to check on the status of any current or previous support requests.
