The BHS Studio is more than a television broadcast studio. Located in the back of the BHS Library, the BHS Studio is an excellent resource for students.

Want to check out a video camera, create a video in the studio, edit a movie, or learn television and video production? The BHS Studio crew will do all they can to help you make it happen. Students may check out a camera to use elsewhere or use the same studio and cameras seen in shows such as The First 5 to create and edit class projects. Students may also learn how to use advanced video production software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects.

In addition to being a great resource for student class projects, the BHS Studio produces these great shows for everyone to enjoy:

• The First 5 provides the latest news for BHS faculty and students, including announcements for clubs & activities, the latest sports news, and the weather.
• The Weather Show provides your local weather forecast, including the week ahead and the long range by the best weatherman east of the Mississippi, Ben Lamphere.
• Inside BHS provides a look inside the halls and out in the community around BHS for the entire town of Brunswick, airing on local access TV channel 3. Inside BHS contains segments about clubs, events, classes, and exemplary teachers and students at BHS.
