Bands will NOT be marching 10/31/13

Good afternoon,

Due to impending weather, the administration made a decision that the bands will not be playing in the parade today.
There was no easy answer to this as the forecast has been changing all afternoon.  I appreciated the guidance since I’ve been “waffling” all day on the “right” thing to do. As is always best in these situations, we have decided to err on the side of caution. Thanks so much for understanding.
