Note that above link is currently not working (3/17/2020). I spoke with Holt this evening and the case has been sent to their technical dept and should be resolved by 3/20/2020. So I’m told …. 3/25 – They tell me they are still working on this, and I received an email this morning, after another phone call yesterday, that they are working on this.
