Attention all Girls Who Code members: We will be meeting this Thursday in Mrs. Weddle’s room #202 from 2:40-3:40pm.

Congratulations to the Jazz Band for a great performance at the Clark Terry UNH Jazz Festival on Saturday. The band performed along with middle school bands from Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Brunswick Junior High was one of four middle school bands (and the only one from Maine) who received special recognition from the judges for their performance!

Yearbook will NOT meet this week.

Miss Anderson would like to thank the Jazz students for their hard work, impressive performance, and outstanding representation for our school and state, both on stage and off.

The judge’s comments are available on the website along with a great stereo recording of our performance. Please listen before rehearsal on Tuesday!

Congratulations to the BJHS Math Counts team who placed third at the state final competition out of the 12 teams who qualified to go to the States. Thomas McCormack placed 6th in the written rounds of the competition, and after an exciting head to head oral Countdown Round, his final placement was 7th in the state. Other team members were Wes Haynes, Maia Pietraho and Quin Repetto. Isabella Purnell- Amaez also competed as an individual.

 Softball will have their signup and information meeting during morning advisor period. Boys lacrosse will have their signup and information meeting tomorrow during morning advisor period.

Art Club will NOT meet this week. Again, Art Club will NOT meet this week. Art Club will resume next week as usual.
