Many people pre-bought tickets through our online third party ticketing company called Brown Paper Ticketing. The company promised that tickets would be refunded. The link to Brown Paper Tickets to request a refund is:

However, it has become apparent that Brown Paper Ticketing is in financial trouble. BHS Players have not received any ticketing money from them.  In addition, refunds for tickets are not being delivered.  We are not the only group affected by this problem.  After investigation, it appears that hundreds of groups across the country are also not receiving ticket sale monies for completed shows as well as refunds for cancelled shows. We want to be clear that BHS Players did not receive any money from the ticket sales.

BHS players are financially supported through ticket sales, community advertising and gracious donations. We too have taken a severe financial hit, because we were unable to perform. This was due to loss of revenue from tickets, but also due to the costs incurred for performance materials, set building, costumes/makeup, publicity expenses etc.

We hoping as the country re-opens Brown Paper Tickets will be able to fulfill their promise to refund your tickets.
