Transportation:

Busses will pick students up at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday through Friday at BHS. Students taking make-up exams will either provide their own transportation or ride home on the regular 2:10 p.m run. (Please note: if you are going home on the 2:10 pm run, there will be only one bus that will come to BHS. Please get on that bus and it will take you to the Jr. High School where you can board your regular bus.)

Attendance:

Students are required to be in attendance for their exams only. The cafeteria will be open for a quiet study site. Any student who misses an exam must present a note signed by a parent or guardian to the office before making up an exam. Absences will be excused only for illnesses or family emergencies.

Region 10 Technical Students:

There will be no classes on January 16 through 19. Students may do make-up or extra credit work, but need to make arrangements with their technical instructors.

Food:

Snacks and breakfast items will be available from 7:15 – 10:00 a.m. in the cafeteria.

School Cancellations:

If school is cancelled due to weather before January 16th, the color day will change for the exam schedule just as it would for regular classes. (for example: as of this date, Friday, January 12 is an ORANGE day. If we have a snow day between now and then, this would change the testing schedule to Orange ½ and ¾ on Tuesday; Black ½ and ¾ on Wednesday; Orange 5/6 and 7/8 on Thursday; and Black 5/6 and 7/8 on Friday) If a cancellation occurs during the four-day exam schedule, the same procedure will be followed and the cancelled tests will advance to the next school day.

Second Semester Rotation:

When second semester classes begins on Monday, January 22, classes will resume as the opposite day from the last exam day, continuing the cycle. (for example: If there is no change to the above schedule, Monday would be a Black day.)
