Announcements...
Tonight is opening night for the BHS
Players’ performance of “Into the Woods”.
A representative from UMaine @ Augusta will be at BHS on Thursday, March
25th, at 8:30 to meet with students. For a pass to attend please stop by the
counseling office.
Students are reminded that tomorrow is a workshop day for teachers, so there
is no school for students.
Don’t miss the Harlem All Stars as they take on the BHS Faculty All Stars
Monday night at 6:30 in the Dragons’ lair.
Today and Monday pre-orders for daffodils will be sold at all lunches. All
the money raised will go to the American Cancer Society. One daffodil costs
$1 or you can buy 4 daffodils for $3. Deliveries will be next Tuesday
morning. Send daffodils to your friends and help out this great cause!
This is a message for all students from “The Dragon Master”: Students who
leave BHS during the day to shop at the “Market” or any other place will
lose parking privileges and will spend time in the alternate education room.
If you attempt to leave and are stopped, the consequence will be the same.
Consider this your only warning.
Today’s announcements for BHS clubs and activities include the following.
All spring athletes are reminded that they must switch their paperwork to
their spring sport or turn in a participation packet signed by their
physician, before they are allowed to try out. Please see Mr. Keene in the
athletic department, instead of Mrs. Maines in the main office.
Softball Players: Pitcher/Catchers practice begins on Monday, March 22nd,
from 4:15-6. Those chosen to attend have been notified. All other softball
players will report to the first day of practice on Monday, March 29th, from
2:30-4. All athletes should make sure the required paperwork has been
submitted.
The Gay Straight Alliance will meet Monday in room 118 at 2:30. All are
welcome.
The Bible Club will meet Monday after school in room 125. All are welcome.
